To be able to run those processes that connect to the banking system (e.g. request transactions from bank account and register payment requests for invoices from the sale system) you need to contact your bank in order to build a connection.
What users need to know when contacting their banks is that the system is using so called „B2BWS“ connection. When the system needs to connect to bank (e.g. under Accounting > Registration > Request transactions) you will see the following login window:
