Product lists, customer lists and subscription entries are often available in documents for companies. It would be quite time consuming if all these lists need to be entered into the system again.
The system then provides the option to import existing files directly into the system. Product lists, customer lists and subscription entries can therefore easily be imported into the system.
It is also possible to import barcodes, reference numbers for Work Diary system, transactions for the Accounting system and work hours registrations for the Salary system.
