The product list can be found under Sales > Queries > Product list. When clicked on, a new window will appear containing a list of all the products registered on the account.
In the top right corner of the window users can find all of the actions for the list. Users can export the list to an Excel file, PDF file, print the list or send the list by email.
Please note the actions can take a minute if the list is very large.
Search
Users can search a product by its product number, name or location.
Product group
Users filter the list by choosing a product group.
Status
The check box 'Only show active products' controls if inactive products are visible or not.
