On this page users can find the customers that are eligible to receive electronic invoices.
Search
You can list up all the customers that are recipient to eCommerce Invoice by clicking “search”.
Send e-mails
It is better to send the customers e-mails and get their confirmation before labeling them as receivers of eCommerce Invoice. Select customers from the list and click “Send Emails” then an e-mail dialog
appears where you can modify the e-mail message before sending them.
Label Customers as Receiver of eCommerce invoice
When the customers have replied and confirmed, you can select them from the list and label them as Receivers of eCommerce Invoice by clicking the button “Label Customers as Receivers of eCommerce Invoice”.
