Regla Getting started > Administration > File administration > Import files > File appearance and type > File appearance

An entry needs to contain the following fields and order:

1.Product number

2.Sale price

3.Date valid from

4.Date valid to

5.Is price with VAT? (no = 0, yes = 1)

The system allows the first line of the file to contain column titles if the corresponding checkbox is checked.

All data that is imported to the system will go through the same error checking process as when data is entered manually into the system. Product number must exist within the system.

Sale prices and dates can be deleted by having columns 2,3,4 empty.

Example line: vara123;1500;31.3.2020;30.4.2020;1

Example line deleting price: vara123;;;;1
